Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician I to work 32 hours per week on the evening shift in Southbridge, MA. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides clear, timely communication to the RN regarding observations and changes in patients.
• Provides constant observation of high-risk patients as assigned by the Resource Nurse or designee.
• Assists with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, ambulating, meals and nourishment.
• Takes and records vital signs and related measurements.
• Assists in moving, lifting, positioning, and transporting patients with proper safety techniques.
