Job summary

Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) to support the clinical team under the supervision of an RN. The role focuses on assisting with basic care, transports, and creating a safe, compassionate patient environment.

Qualified candidates will have CNA/PCT/MA/EMT certification or be enrolled in the NWH PCA Training Program; nursing students who completed fundamentals with a clinical component are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required.
• NWH Patient Care Associate Training Program participation is acceptable for incumbents currently enrolled.
