Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments.
• Obtain accurate demographic, insurance, and physician information.
• Screen eligibility for insurance and pre-certification requirements.
• Identify self-pay patients and refer to financial assistance when applicable.
• Coordinate with departments and clinical staff in Patient Access.
• Assist in shadowing/precepting new employees.
