• Create the initial electronic health record for patient care and billing accuracy.
• Check in and register patients; collect demographic and insurance information; discuss co-pays.
• Explain insurance basics and refer patients to Financial Advocates when needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Assist with scheduling and guiding patients through setup and prep instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional service to patients and visitors.
