Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems during registration.

Responsibilities

• Register patients efficiently across multiple systems.
• Answer phones and collect accurate patient information quickly.
• Assist patients with check-in and provide cost estimates when applicable.
