Responsibilities

• REGISTRATION - Greet patients & verifies demographics.
• Creating, scanning & routing documents or electronic forms.
• Inform patients what the document is & capture signatures as needed.
• Establishs financial responsibility and assists with related arrangements.
• Collects co-payments, pre-payments & payments on account balances.
• SCHEDULING - Coordinate appointments with nursing team & providers.
