Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of medical office experience preferred.
• Six months of customer service experience desired.
• Medical terminology helpful; BLS may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals/pre-authorizations.
• Check-in/out patients and operate a multi-line phone.
• Assist with patient financial arrangements and payment processing.
• Organize charts and necessary provider documents.
