Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in the EMR and collect accurate demographic and financial information.
• Provide exceptional customer service during encounters with patients and families.
• Explain billing procedures and hospital policies to patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Process and scan documents for claim submission and maintain patient records.
