Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect complete demographic and insurance information.
• Identify uninsured patients for referral to Medical Assistance/Charity Care evaluation.
• Verify insurance coverage, referrals and authorizations.
• Collect patient out-of-pocket liability at the time of service.
