Tanner is seeking a Patient Access Representative - Registration for the evenings in a part-time role. The position supports pre-registration, registration, insurance verification, and related PAS tasks across facility locations.

Qualifications

• Public-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, staff, and payers.
• Experience or knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
• Familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient intake through pre-registration and registration.
• Handle insurance verification, precertification, and related documentation.
• Assist with POS collections and review of work output.
• Support call center, patient-facing, and bedside PAS tasks across locations.
