Located at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover NH, this position is 32 hours per week, Wednesdays through Saturdays, 1:30pm - 10pm. The Patient Access Representative is an admissions based position in our Women & Children's department.

The ideal candidate will be confident and have the ability to think on their feet as they will handle the admissions process for laboring moms, NICU and pediatrics patients.

Qualifications

• The Patient Access representative will provide exceptional customer service and handle admissions, scheduling and registration.
• Must be able to discuss costs with patients to support financial transparency.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions, scheduling, and registration for WDHS
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and schedule patients for services
• Maintain confidentiality and track KPI targets in patient access operations
