Job summary

Under the supervision of PAS leadership, you will greet patients professionally and ensure compliant, timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration is preferred.
• At least 3 years in Patient Access within a business office setting; insurance eligibility systems experience welcomed.
• At least 3 years using medical terminology; familiarity with medical billing codes helpful.
• At least 1 year of knowledge of Epic Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information and patient liability at service time.
• Perform financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts.
• Greet and serve patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.
