Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Healthcare or Business Administration required.
• National Certification CHAA required upon hire.
• 3 years experience in patient access in a business office setting.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• 3 years utilization of medical terminology in job setting.
• Knowledge of medical billing codes.
• 1 year Knowledge of Epic applications.
