Qualifications

• Culinary education preferred and a minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant and pastry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to compose effective recipes and communicate with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakeshop.
• Communicate pastry supplies and equipment needs.
• Rotate and monitor raw and finished products.
• Prepare dessert production for nightly plating and special events.
• Bake bread fresh for nightly service.
• Assist with in-room dining and dessert production for events.
