Job summary

Blackberry Farm, LLC seeks a Pastry Cook to support dessert production and presentation for our restaurant operations in Walland, TN. The role involves maintaining a clean bakeshop, coordinating pastry supplies, and assisting with in-room dining and special dessert production.

Ideal candidates have culinary education and at least 1 year of pastry/restaurant experience, with basic math and recipe scaling skills.

Qualifications

• Culinary education preferred, minimum 1 year pastry/restaurant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to convert recipes and scale batches accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakeshop.
• Communicate pastry supplies and equipment needs.
• Rotate and monitor raw and finished products.
• Set up pastry line for nightly dessert plating.
• Bake bread fresh throughout nightly service.
• Assist with in-room dining and Dogwood dessert production.
