Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries for club recipes and standards.
• Prepare pastries for special functions.
• Make pastries according to club recipes and standards.
• Clean equipment and ensure walk-ins are clean and neat.
• Set up, maintain and break down pastry prep station.
• Identify products needed and requisition them.
• Notify Pastry Chef in advance of product shortages.
• Maintain safety and sanitary standards.
