Job summary

Wisconsin Kenworth in Green Bay is seeking a motivated Parts Sales Representative - Counter for full-time, 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday). You will sell heavy- and light-duty truck parts, maintain customer relationships, stay up-to-date on products, and support account growth in a dealership environment.

Prior sales experience and strong service orientation are required. The role offers an opportunity to join a growing dealer group with emphasis on customer satisfaction and product

Qualifications

• High school diploma; AA preferred
• Prior sales experience
• Computer, mathematical and customer service skills
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8-12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
• Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customer and staff to assist with purchase decisions
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Sells heavy duty and/or light duty truck parts
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company
• Conquest and grow new accounts
• Maintains liaison with important customers
• Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an adviser to wholesale or retail customers
• Successfully complete product and sales training courses as assigned
• Develop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
• Maintains parts-related correspondence
• Keeps up to date on new products
