Job summary

Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Counter Person to sell parts over-the-counter, by phone, and through the shop. The role focuses on friendly, professional customer service and accurate part selection.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Keeps front and rear counter areas clean.
