Job summary

Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe, AZ is seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for the dealership, you’ll greet customers and support daily operations.

Shifts are Tue, Wed, alternating Fridays 3pm-9pm and Saturdays 8am-2pm. Pay is $15.50/hr. Prior receptionist experience is preferred but not required; training provided in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry (Microsoft Office).
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately.
• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance or directions.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service.
• Log fuel slips and key packets accurately.
• Assist management with clerical and daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and management.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
