Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department or team member.
• Greet customers warmly as they arrive and provide assistance or direction.
• Provide professional, courteous, and helpful customer service.
• Log fuel slips and key packets accurately; assist management with clerical, administrative, and other day-to-day tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations and appropriate coverage.
