Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.

• Experience with patient registration across multiple systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately using multiple systems.
• Cross-train to support multiple patient access areas.
• Provide service excellence to patients and visitors face-to-face and by phone.
• Support PAS goals including collections and palm scanning.
• Maintain knowledge of EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO regulations.
• Maintain professional relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Ensure patient consent forms and compliance documentation are completed.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA.
