Baptist Health in Jacksonville (Downtown) is hiring a Part-time Patient Access Representative II to register patients accurately across multiple systems and provide excellent service to patients and visitors. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of customer service, insurance, and healthcare experience, with a High School diploma; BA/BS and CHAA are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Insurance experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately using multiple systems.
• Maintain cross-training to support multiple patient access areas.
• Provide service excellence to patients and visitors in person and by phone.
• Support PAS goals including collections and palm scanning.
• Ensure compliance documents and patient consent forms are completed and HIPAA guidelines followed.
