Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through ABA-based plans. This is a part-time role offering flexible hours and hands-on training.

You will work 12–20 hours per week, earn $20.00–$25.00 per hour, and collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for children and positive attitude are essential.
• Willingness for ongoing learning and development.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for transportation.
• Must have a Tablet or Laptop for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes and records client progress and behaviors.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and team members.
• Acts as an active member of the treatment team.
• Completes daily paperwork and data collection in the online system.
• Participates in ongoing training to improve skills.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information.
• Follows Butterfly Effects policies and procedures.
