Towne Park is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Arkansas to join our call center team. You will handle inbound calls, assist with payments, provide directions, and support customers across our hospitality and parking platforms, using standard office software.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and adherence to performance metrics. Training may begin on a day shift, with a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule and rotating weekends, offering a stable, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and intercom calls while maintaining service levels.
• Assist with payments, refunds and providing directions to customers.
• Be cross-trained in call center functions and monitor metrics to uphold standards.
• Communicate clearly and resolve customer issues professionally.
