Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the location following contractual guidelines.
• Supervise staff, cashiers, valet, maintenance porters, scheduling and reporting.
• Prepare month-end reports and audit cashier shift reports; process deposits and time cards.
• Ensure courteous customer interactions and a professional image of the business.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and safety compliance; report incidents to the Facility Manager.
