Job summary

SP+ in Redwood City is seeking a Parking Enforcement Supervisor 2 to oversee evening parking operations and supervise field staff. You will coordinate event parking and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The role requires a minimal high school diploma and valid driver's license, with duties including customer service, safety reporting, and occasional maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Oral communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
• Written communication: Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.
• Customer service: Maintains positive attitude. Responds to requests for service and assistance.

• License requirement: The employee will be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening parking operations and supervise field staff.
• Coordinate parking activities during special events and ensure compliance with policies.
• Serve as primary field supervisor during evening hours.
• Assist in day-to-day management of the location and client relations.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Complete other duties as needed.
