Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Savannah, Georgia is hiring a Parking Enforcement Attendant responsible for managing parking compliance and providing excellent customer service. This role requires working in all weather conditions and demands effective communication and operational skills.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to stand for full shifts while lifting up to 50 lbs. Compensation is $15 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, cashiering, flagging, cleaning, lot maintenance, and operate revenue control equipment.
• Issue parking citations according to preapproved guidelines.
• Patrol and monitor each lot to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
