Job summary

Georgia State University in Atlanta seeks a Parking Enforcement Specialist to uphold parking policies and support campus operations. This role collaborates with Administrative staff to ensure policy compliance, maintain databases, and assist with permit sales and invoicing.

This full-time, non-exempt position works Monday through Friday evenings (3:00pm–11:30pm). Requirements include an Associate’s degree with three years of admin experience, or a high school diploma with five years of admin

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with three years of administrative experience, or a high school diploma or GED with five years of administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Administrative staff to ensure parking policies and procedures meet expectations and standards.
• Maintain databases to provide accurate information and reports weekly.
• Assist with reviewing and verifying documentation for completeness and compliance with policies.
• Compile and verify weekly/monthly reports within deadlines.
• Manage accounts payable for all purchases and invoicing to third-party vendors.
