Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to enforce parking regulations.
• Issue warnings or citations for violations such as expired time limits or restricted parking.
• Report hazards or damaged parking infrastructure to supervisor.
• Maintain parking equipment like meters and signs.
• Assist with towing and impounding of abandoned or illegally parked vehicles.
• Complete and maintain accurate written reports and records.
• Assist customers with issues related to mobile phones and pay-by-phone app.
