Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• A dependable, team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication support per orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident data.
• Monitor resident well-being and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with daily care and promote dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and staff.
• Support the team to create a caring environment.
