Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification is required.
• Compassion, patience, and genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Full-time overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and care plans.
• Document medication administration and maintain records.
• Observe residents for changes and report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate care.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help maintain a safe overnight environment.
