Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Medication Support – safely administer medications per physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain Accurate Records – document medication administration and keep records up to date.
• Monitor Resident Well-Being – observe changes and report to nursing staff.
• Assist with Daily Care – support residents with activities of daily living with dignity.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Medication Support – Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Maintain Accurate Records – Document medication administration and keep resident records up to date.
• Monitor Resident Well-Being – Observe for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.
• Assist with Daily Care – Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build Meaningful Connections – Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support Your Team – Help create a caring, positive environment where residents and team members feel valued.
