Job summary

Agemark Senior Living’s Symphony Pointe in Elkhorn, NE is hiring a Medication Aide for full-time evenings and every other weekend. You’ll safely administer medications, document care, observe residents, and support daily living with compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in caring for seniors.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality care.
Availability to work evenings, every other weekend, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.
Help create a positive, welcoming environment for our residents.
