Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification as required by state regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and families.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for elder care.
• Basic computer skills for med documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications per physician orders and care plans.
• Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
• Observe residents for changes and communicate concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living with dignity and independence.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment.
