Qualifications

• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities or mental illness preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices (cleaning, cooking, laundry).
• Ability to assist with hygiene tasks such as bathing and toileting.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents with basic needs including self-care, bathing, toileting, and household tasks.
• Assists with social and leisure activities inside and outside the home.
• Administers and documents medications and monitors health and safety needs.
• Assists with physician appointments and transportation of residents.
• Documents daily progress notes and communicates needs to the team.
• Acts as liaison with family members and other service providers.
