Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with personal care, household tasks, meal planning/preparation, and social activities.
• Administer and document medications.
• Communicate progress and needs to team members and family.
• Assist with transportation and appointments as needed.
• Provide awake overnight supervision.
• Document daily notes and progress.
• Ensure safety and adherence to each resident's plan of care.
