Qualifications

• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
• Six months or more experience working with the facility's population preferred.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety checks and ensure supervision at 15-minute intervals.
• Document timely and accurate clinical information in patient records.
• Provide a safe, structured, supportive environment and assist with ADLs.
• May provide transportation for patients or coordinate transport.
• Engage patients in educational and rehabilitative activities.
