Job summary

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas is seeking a Mental Health Associate for overnight shifts Fri-Sun, 7p-7a, at our Benton facility. You’ll monitor patients closely, document observations, and support a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school education or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and Handle with Care certificates required (offered upon hire).
• Previous mental health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients on and off the unit, monitoring every 15 minutes and recording observations.
• Documentation of patient behavior, vital signs, treatments, and intake.
• Create a safe therapeutic milieu for patients and the unit.
• Collaborate with other MHAs, Nurses, and Physicians.
• Communicate effectively with facility staff about patient care and situations.
• Assist with problem solving and conflict resolution.
