Veho in Flowery Branch, GA, seeks an Outbound Flow Lead - Transportation & Dock to bridge the evening shift between Transportation and Dock Operations. This role monitors dock activities, identifies consolidation opportunities, and guides actions to prevent service issues.

You’ll work hands‑on on the dock and in the yard, influencing teams through observation and data. The position requires 1–2 years in logistics operations, strong communication, and comfort with data tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hub, dock, or yard operations, transportation dispatch, or related logistics field.
• Comfortable using data tools and dashboards for daily decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence peers and cross‑functional partners without formal authority.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work evening/overnight hours consistently.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Be present to observe dock operations and provide real-time feedback to Operations and Transportation teams.
• Identify potential ad hocs or cancellations using available tools and bring findings for approval.
• Conduct yard walks during CPT windows and coordinate drivers as needed.
• Track inbound late injections and communicate downstream impact to hubs.
• Represent Transportation/Dock issues in daily syncs with GO partners and Logistics Managers.
• Assist with end‑of‑shift wrap‑down and organize pallets by CPT; ensure wrap quality.
• Send end‑of‑shift reports summarizing ad hocs, cancellations, and carrier issues.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, physically active environment on dock/yard.
