Job summary

Veho is seeking an Outbound Flow Lead - Transportation & Dock to bridge Transportation and Dock Operations during the evening shift. You’ll be on the dock and in the yard, observing operations, identifying consolidation opportunities, and guiding real-time responses.

This is an individual contributor role requiring 1–2 years in hub/dock operations, comfort with data dashboards, and the ability to influence peers without formal authority. Expect an 16:00–02:30 schedule, equity, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hub/dock/yard operations or related logistics field.
• Comfortable using data tools and dashboards to support daily decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence peers and cross-functional partners without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Be present to observe dock operations and provide real-time feedback to Operations and Transportation teams.
• Use tools to identify potential ad hocs or cancellations and bring findings for approval.
• Conduct yard walks during CPT windows, coordinating with drivers and providing check-in/check-out support.
• Track inbound late injections and communicate downstream impact to hubs.
• Represent Transportation/Dock issues in daily syncs with GO partners and Logistics Managers.
• Assist with end-of-shift wrap-up, organizing pallets by CPT and ensuring wrap/cap quality.
• Send end-of-shift reports summarizing ad hocs, cancellations, and carrier issues.
• Maintain a fast-paced, physically active work environment onsite.
