Under Nursing leadership, you will oversee patient care, staffing, performance improvement, assigning duties, and developing department workflows to support safe, high-quality care. This leadership role includes supervising staff, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring 12-hour night shifts with administrative days.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice required.
• BLS required.
• ACLS may be required where necessary.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit and department functions including patient care, hiring, transferring, and performance improvement.
• Assist in staff supervision and assigning duties; develop workflows and prepare operational reports.
• Collaborate with other care team providers to ensure excellence in patient care.
