Cal Poly Humboldt is seeking an Evening Operations Coordinator for the Gutswurrak Student Activities Center. The role leads weekday late-afternoon to evening operations, ensuring readiness of spaces, supervising student workers, and coordinating with facilities and police for a safe, smooth experience.

The position reports to the Associate Director, supports signature GSAC programs, and works Monday through Friday with a 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening facility operations and event support for GSAC spaces.
• Lead ticket-office and box-office operations during evenings.
• Coordinate GSAC programs and on-site event logistics.
• Provide student staff direction and customer service during shifts.
• Maintain shift logs and assist with post-event follow-up.
