Job summary

Trenchless Today LLC is seeking an organized, dependable Operations Coordinator for the afternoon/evening shift (11:00 AM–7:30 PM) in Clifton Park, NY. You’ll support field technicians, update schedules, communicate with customers, and help keep multiple projects moving smoothly.

No trenchless experience is required—we’ll teach you the industry and our systems. We value initiative, reliability, attention to detail and follow‑through, with opportunities for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a role coordinating people, schedules, customers, projects or changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work with multiple schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Check the status of today’s active projects.
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day.
• Update customers on arrival times or project progress.
• Adjust schedules when a project runs longer than expected.
• Coordinate information between Operations, Sales and field teams.
• Help solve scheduling or customer issues as they arise.
