Job summary

Trenchless Today LLC is seeking two Operations Coordinators for the afternoon/evening shift (9:30 AM–6:00 PM) to support field teams, manage schedules and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll act as the central hub between technicians, customers and the office, communicating updates, adjusting plans as needed, and ensuring no detail is missed. We offer full benefits, training, and opportunities for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional customer service skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Check the status of today's active projects.
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day.
• Update customers on arrival times or project progress.
• Adjust schedules when projects run longer than expected.
• Ensure technicians have information for the next project.
• Document appointments, notes and project details.
• Coordinate information between Operations, Sales and field teams.
