Trenchless Today is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Afternoon/Evening shift (11:00 AM–7:30 PM) to help keep field operations moving. You will act as the control center for scheduling, communications with customers, and coordinating technicians across projects.

You’ll learn our industry and systems, but initiative, reliability and attention to detail are essential. This full‑time role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confidence using computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and project information across field teams.
• Communicate with customers and support field technicians.
• Update appointments, notes, project details, photos and documentation.
• Help solve scheduling or customer issues as they arise.
• Review upcoming projects and prepare crews.
