British Swim School is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, interact with customers, staff, and pool partners, and ensure smooth budget execution. The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, inventory, and vendor payments while applying aquatics program knowledge.
You will hire, train, and manage employees, promote services to customers, develop class schedules, monitor equipment, and help maintain the annual budget. CPR/First Aid certifications may be preferred.

The Operations Manager oversees the “day-to-day” of the business, including interacting with customers, staff, and pool partners. The Operations Manager is fiscally responsible for all aspects of the business – managing the budget, payroll, vendor payments, and daily expenses. Aquatics manager must understand Aquatics and programs related to aquatics, must be able to develop relationships.
This is currently a part-time role with a set schedule.
