British Swim School is seeking an Operations Manager for a part-time role to supervise day-to-day operations, interact with customers and staff, and manage budgets and payroll. The position emphasizes aquatic program understanding and relationship building with pool partners.

The role will include scheduling, training staff, and ensuring service quality while maintaining fiscal oversight and cost controls for the business.

The Position:

The Operations Manager oversees the “day-to-day” of the business, including interacting with customers, staff, and pool partners. The Operations Manager is fiscally responsible for all aspects of the business – managing the budget, payroll, vendor payments, and daily expenses. Aquatics manager must understand Aquatics and programs related to aquatics, must be able to develop relationships.

This is currently a part-time role with a set schedule.

Your Typical Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Business administration, project management, finance, recreation, accounting or applicable experience.
