Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Medication Technician to provide compassionate resident care and assist with medication administration. The role requires documenting and delivering treatments as prescribed, with attention to safety, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.

On-call duties may include emergencies and daily living activities. Education includes a High School diploma (GED acceptable) and CPR & First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a similar healthcare role preferred.
• Experience with medications is a plus; on-the-job training available.
• Must read/write/speak English and follow directions.
• Must pass background, health screening, and TB test.
• HIPAA compliance and state regulations must be understood.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and care.
• Document medication administration and incidents.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies and changes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident records per policy.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests.
• Promote teamwork and MBK values in daily tasks.
