Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications and daily living activities per care plans.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication records.
• Report medication changes to Supervisor and coordinate with pharmacy.
• Follow safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support caregivers and document incidents as needed.
