Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Ohio is seeking an Evening Supervisor (RN) to assist the Director of Nursing and ADON in overseeing evening nursing operations and ensuring high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes hands-on nursing, documentation, and survey readiness within a long- term care environment.

The position requires an active RN license in the state and CPR certification, with responsibilities including supervision, coordination of care, and collaboration with the nursing leadership

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department during evening operations.
• Supervise, oversee and assist with all resident care according to assessed status and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per orders and plan of care and assess resident responses to treatments and medications.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation in MatrixCare for complete and accurate Medical Records.
• Maintain a welcoming campus impression and support survey readiness and patient experience.
• Ensure campus is tour-ready and manage tours and resources as needed.
